I haven't used Model Magic for many years and the kits I bought (they were 2 ounce kits of primary colors) no longer exist. I bought this and it's definitely a lot less product for the same money, but it's the same stuff that I remembered buying. If you just want to play with reusable modeling clay, it's a waste of money. If you're looking for a modeling material that will air dry to a dense, lightweight foam, you'll have a lot of fun with this. Everyone appreciated its lightness, ease of cutting, lightness and lightness. You can make molded earrings that are not heavy, you can custom make pencil pens, fidget toys, and lightweight molded items. We even tried our hand at some cat toys. We all liked the fact that it didn't require an oven or special equipment to set and that it didn't tend to crack like many other air-drying clays. Whether you're planning small or large projects, there's a lot of stuff in this box. I find the color balance really bad because the colors are very concentrated and you end up needing a lot of white to get bright colors or balance things. I repurchased this but bought 6 extra white packs to use next time - I will probably buy most of the whites in the future and only buy them as pigment mixes.
