The printer is very easy to set up and get started. It took me about 20 minutes to do everything including being myself and poking around the menu to see what else was available. So I printed a few things and was very impressed with the quality. However, there are a few things I would like to see in the guide that would make everything go smoother from the start. First, when printing "over the Internet" as it is called (over your network), a flash drive must be connected to the printer. The file you want to print is actually sent to the printer and stored on the flash drive, after which you can start printing. Tried without a flash drive, everything seems fine. I get a message on the printer screen asking if I want to start printing. I clicked yes and got a message that there was no file to print. I read the manual and couldn't find anything, but I accidentally plugged in the flash drive and it worked. Another thing I want to mention is the idea of the supports. The manual section for Chitubox doesn't mention this. It is important. Trial and error again and I found it. It is here. Top right of the Cheetoobox program. After a few prints, the screen stopped working for me. I contacted tech support and they immediately sent me a replacement screen. So here's what. So to sum it up: the print quality is great, the instructions are good but a few small details are missing, the technical support is fantastic. Happy printing.
