I'm pretty impressed by how well this works. It's small, has three speeds, and uses USB. The first speed is quiet, second speed is a little louder, and the third speed is kind of loud, but it does get the air moving pretty well. I do use the fan close to me as I'm using my laptop. I use a USB wall adapter so I can take the fan with me to other rooms when I need to. It doesn't come with a USB wall adapter, but it does have a USB cord that's about 4.5 feet long that's attached to it. I'm so glad that it isn't a short cord.
