Stiff. cute though in my review
They are very very stiff and hard to tie around hair because of the STIFFNESS but besides that I’ll try to wash them so it’ll feel softer. Cute though, so you should buy them but you may have to wash if you want it soft. Also, yes it is really 30, maybe like 5 colors came with two, which is quite nice.
