Have two dogs. One that gets into everything and one that’s laid back and older. We ended up with a small fleas infestation back in September/October and it felt like nothing helped with eliminating it or at least controlling the issue. Bought these in desperation.1st week or two saw a big difference. Fleas were practically gone, dogs were happier. Thought that I found a solution that worked! 1 month later and the fleas were back with a vengeance. I sprayed the house, the yard, vacuumed, etc. and the fleas would not die!Older dog also appeared to be more lethargic. At first thought it was just age catching up to him, or the fleas really bothering him. Took his collar off so that I could give him a flea bath, forgot to put it back on and 2 two days later he was back to his normal self. He was having a reaction to the collar! Not only did the collar not work on him but it gave him a reaction ☹️. My younger dog who gets into everything and the reason why we had this infestation going on was unfaded by the collar. It still kinda works on her but we do give flea baths at least every two weeks for her. So not sure if it’s the collar trying to work after two months of use or if it’s the regular flea baths.
