Crazy but true. I have a small kitchen with limited counter space. There's a logical place for a toaster and a logical place for a cutting board, and they ended up in the same place. The cutting board has legs and it *barely* fits in front of the microwave, and if the leg slides off the counter everything on the board will fall to the floor! Well I bought this "monitor stand" but it is also FIRE RETARDANT and the toaster sits perfectly on it and the clippings slide underneath when not in use and since the oven is on top the chopping board can be used without the Touching the front of the oven or accidentally slipping. Counter. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
