Basically I carry a laptop, papers, books and something else. I've been using it for over a year, I love it. The view is rich. The size is larger than I expected. Good quality zippers. The departments are big. The handles are well padded and support the weight of the bag. I would have liked another divider in the laptop compartment to keep documents intact. , they will add up. No big deal, save things to a folder or file and you're done. I recommend it.
