I liked the gadget, but it should be a bit more powerful. I've used it for a few months with no problems, then when the wire comes out of the handle I think it's loosened inside. I tried to open the case to fix it and couldn't. The two small screws are out of reach, so I couldn't open them to fix them. I took hot glue and ran it down the string from the handle about 8 inches to secure it so it wouldn't cut itself.
