It's easy to use, it's free, I can access my salary history from any device at anytime! You cannot compare your current pay with previous years or even last year. If you are looking for an online tool to easily search salaries of different positions in one place this is perfect. The only downside is that their pricing model changes frequently so if you're not careful you could end up paying more than necessary. We've been using comparably since we started our business and haven't had any issues with them. They have helped us find new employees quickly when needed as well as help us keep track of raises/bonuses throughout the year.
