My Tip: Pick a few of your favorite skinny t-shirts and use their measurements as a guide. Then purchase the shirt size closest to these ideal measurements. I bought shirts in sizes MEDIUM and LARGE. For myself I prefer MEDIUM but some people may prefer LARGE for a looser fit. My current measurements are: Height = 6ft Weight = 193lbs Chest = 41in Biceps = 15in Waist (around handles) = 36.5in After washing in hot water and drying in a high temperature dryer the length has increased by approximately 12 inches.
