This was the PERFECT size for my daughter's dorm closet. It has 2 custom sized doors - too small for a full size shoe rack. We use a side for toiletries that would normally fit in the first aid kit or sink drawer as their dorm doesn't have any. She stows cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, etc. in it. The other side is her "pantry" with snacks such as muesli/protein bars and nuts, as well as provisions such as rolls of garbage bags or a small box of zip-lock bags. It has become a must-read for her and a topic that other students talk about as much as she does. A small downside is that the hangers above the door are not adjustable and are definitely designed for a full size door. They are a U-shaped bracket instead of a hook. As such, it can sometimes be a bit difficult to open and close a closet door since it's only about 1/2 inch thick and the hook is the size of the door (about 3 inches I think). Due to the fact that it is not tight, it sometimes slips off. But it doesn't matter much. She is very good at it!
