I wore this to a wedding and didn't think I'd need it but it came in really handy when it got cold. The fur on it is so soft and hasn't faded the dress at all. In fact, there was no fallout. Even when I lay down and people walked by and rubbed against him, there was no fur. It was very easy to fill and fold so I didn't have to hold it. The fabric inside is also very soft. I absolutely love it and can't wait to wear it again for upcoming winter weddings. I keep this in my closet in my dress pocket to protect it and I have cats that want to lie in it all the time. However, I have just checked it and it is still fluffy like the first day I received it.
