I've been using beard cream for a few years now since my sister gave it to me for Christmas a year ago. I decided to let my facial hair grow after graduation, but I knew I had to take care of it, keep it "tamed" so to speak. One way to do this is to go to the hairdresser every two weeks. to cut it. Another option is to use beard oil right after you shower. After applying beard oil to my beard, sideburns and mustache, I apply this conditioner to the same areas I applied the oil to. Then I use a beard brush (with a light touch) and I'm done. The main difference between this conditioner and the beard cream I got for Christmas is that it dries first and looks like a light crust. on some of my hair. When I discovered this, I knew I had to look in the mirror to make sure I had spread the conditioner evenly all over, and like the Charmin ad says, less is more! But I'm satisfied with the effect. My beard doesn't look dry during the day (I shower in the morning) and that's really all I ask of a product like this, on top of everything else in my facial hair regimen. It also has a very pleasant citrus scent. I was hoping to get a good use of this conditioner after years of using the same company's beard oil and I was not disappointed.
