The handbag is just like the picture. Large size for my phone, sunglasses (in their case), keys and lipstick, with card slots. The strap is long enough! I'm 5ft 3" and wear a shoulder strap, the bag comes to my waist and the strap can be extended an additional 8". I don't know why anyone complained about it being too short - you have to be 6ft for this to be a problem. The gray color in this style is kind of a taupe, very neutral, almost nondescript, just what I need - it goes with everything. I love the bag so much I'm ordering another one!
