Review on Computer acoustics Edifier R1100 dark wood by Anand Gedam ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

In general, its pretty good, an equal number of pros and cons.

After reading the reviews I decided to buy. Too many people praise them. These are good desktop speakers, but nothing more. The sound is even, do not choke, do not wheeze, there is no background. But they start to sound very loudly when the power is turned off from the laptop. This is the first time I've seen this! The bass is of average quality, there is no depth in them, you still need a sub. You can't adjust the high frequencies at all. Listen only to good quality recordings. In principle, this was what I needed, but with the volume of the sound, they let me down. Just listen to high-quality music from a good medium - it will pull. But in a room of 20 sq. M. arrange a mini-party - power is not enough. Moreover, free MP-3 files will not give any sound quality at all. Someone previously wrote that there is no quiet sound adjustment. In reality, when you start to turn up the volume, there is no sound, and then immediately a sound appears, the volume of which is considered very high for playing on a computer at night. Only volume control at the hardware level helps. I regretted that I didn’t take more powerful microlabs for almost the same price. Well, or the same Ediki of higher power.

Pros
  • Workmanship, digital amplifier, no choking at full volume
Cons
  • Low volume, no volume control in a quiet position, no treble control, switch on the back, noise in standby mode.
