works great but 1 star docking for two reasons: the installation guide was a little lacking and I couldn't get the switching methods to work without contacting their support team . which was also not quite so clear and understandable. but I was able to fix the problem and get it working. And port 1 has chosen to shut down when connected to everything that is used daily. he just dies. I switched my media center, which I only switch to once or twice a month, to port 1 and haven't had any problems since. The real problem with all of this is that you have to unplug EVERYTHING from it to reset the thing so port 1 is backed up if that's the case. and it's a pain because my cables are running. There should be a way to reset it from the device itself turning off for a moment so you don't have to unplug everything to reset it. me where I need to be on 3 different machines (soon to be 4) in my office
