These hooks come in simple, handy packaging and work great. However, I'm taking off one star for the quality and another for the inaccurate description. They're thin, calico, and subject to rusting or warping. Also, it is polished stainless steel, NOT soft nickel plating. I bought these hooks to replace some other similar (but better) design hooks that were rusty after 2 years of use. My previous hooks had an offset design that made the outer decorative curtain taller so it lay softer on the shower rod. You can see in the picture I uploaded. The old offset design hooks are on the left, and the Goowin shower curtain hooks (subject of this review) do not have an offset design, allowing the shower curtain to hang about an inch and a half below the stem. Also, the Goowin hooks I bought were described as being nickel plated. However, what I got looks like chrome polished steel that doesn't match other metal finishes in my bathroom. Finally, Goowin hooks are much thinner than my previous hooks, making them feel cheap, bend easily, or prone to rust. I guess only time will tell but I'm not happy with their cheap looks. However, not all are bad. If you have never tried this type of shower hook before, I would recommend it. I often wash or change shower curtain liners and hated having to unclip other types of shower curtain hooks and then have to remove the outer curtain before removing the liner I wanted to access. Now I can easily and quickly remove the lining leaving the outer curtain intact. Goowin hooks are great for this and slide easily over the shower rail.
