Review on WIX Filters 24882 Cabin Panel by Seth Hogate

In my Independent Air Filter Review I explained that I need to be careful about how much I spend on everything, car maintenance and parts are no exception. My local dealer doesn't. do you mind if i bring my parts; They even suggested this so I could still get the services I needed. Given how expensive they are to replace at a dealership with partial expense and labor, I stumbled across this about five years ago. Knowing WIX has a good reputation and honestly I couldn't beat the price; i bought one This is now my main filter. Of course I don't install them myself, but I assume it should be easy since changing the filter, oil and changing the regular air filter took less than 30 minutes. None of the service advisors or technicians have said anything negative about this brand since I've been using it. They never made any best brand recommendations. This filter fits my 2008 Chevy Cobalt LS perfectly and I have no complaints. The best thing? It's affordable and reliable! I had the last one for over a year; with the longest 28 months. Not out of free choice, but out of necessity. Definitely happy with this filter. I will continue to buy if necessary.
