I have an old gold watch that I need a replacement strap for so I ordered it in brown. I thought the Crazy Horse skin would go well with it. I like the quick release pins. This makes it quick and easy to install and remove. The design is ok, but would probably look better with fewer perforations once applied to the watch. The skin feels very smooth, almost like plastic. I hope it will get better with time and wear. It has a pleasant leathery scent. I think if I continue to use this strap, like many leather products, it will improve over time.
