Bought this vest for fitness walks in the dark. The lights are bright enough and they alternate from constant to slow blinking to fast blinking. The power button cover on the outside of the vest slides easily off the switch itself, but I can easily feel the switch underneath. The battery case and wiring doesn't look all that solid, but as long as I'm careful with it I don't think this will be a problem. The material of the vest is of good quality, it is clearly visible, I like the color. I was expecting the vest to be much larger and cover my torso. This vest only covers about two-thirds of my torso and I'm 5ft 7in tall. The tag on the vest says "L" which I think means "large" even though I knew it would be a one size fits all. My waist is 40 inches and I fastened the front belt in the max position. It may not work for the 52 inch waist advertised to cover. I keep it because the light works and it's easy to see. Since I look like a small child from a distance, drivers may approach me even more cautiously.
