Review on Tripp Lite PV1000HF PowerVerter Inverter: Ultra-Compact 💡 12V to 120VAC 1000 Watts with (4) 5-15R Outlets by Luis Esquivel

To be honest I'm not an electrician. I am a computer programmer. But after researching various small solar systems, I settled on this inverter because it was recommended in Mother Earth News. After connecting everything as described, I can successfully turn on the light, then the radio, then my cordless drill. But when I try to start my radio and then turn on the light, the built in switch on this inverter trips. It's really annoying. I also only get 89Vac and no load. It's like this thing can't take a load. I'm sending this back.
