A simple and economical solution to instead of adding a storage bag to the inside of the windscreen. Stable at 80mph with a carry strap through the frame in front of the tank and easily removed to fill the tank. Enough space for my cell phone in the case plus sunglasses and I can still get to the zippers even with gloves on. I can't swipe to answer a call (but I'd still stop) and the GPS is easy to read during the day. Probably a bit long for a Harley tank but for the price. I will act.
