Review on Kitma 13" Gas Wok Range - 95,000 BTU Commercial Natural Gas Restaurant Equipment by Nick Beck

I love the Kitma wok range because it gives great control over the cooking process. The one thing I wanted to add to the reviews is that it's possible to turn it into a regular cooker with the addition of a grate. I ordered the Weber 7431 cooking grate expecting to have to modify it, however when I dropped it onto the round lip I was surprised it was a perfect fit for the Kitma -- like perfect! The pilot light would come on but the moment I turned on the burner the regulator would block the flow. To try to isolate the problem I took the included regulator off the back of the burner and attached only the low pressure regulator from the propane tank. Turns out it was the regulator at the tank that was the problem because gas started to flow again when I gave it some firm taps.You don't need the regulator at the back of the burner. It works fine with only the low pressure regulator at the tank. Since they're readily available I'm going to get a spare regulator so I can swapped them if it ever sticks again.After a year the Kitma burner works great. I love this wok burner!
