Over time, my trash cans got dirty on the inside, which attracted flies and ants even when they were empty. Glasses are really a nuisance to clean, so I started looking for a solution. These bags solved the problem for me! The only improvements would be 1. if they were environmentally friendly 2. if they fit more tightly onto the hinges on the lid of the container. I cut slits in the bag to fit the hinges and secured them with a large rubber band I got from Revain. Since bags are expensive and not eco-friendly, I left the bag and gum on garbage days and used the first bag for a few more weeks. When it wears out or the junk stinks, I remove the tape and it should slide out with the junk.
