This is one of the most disappointing products I have purchased. Since when has the quality of Eastpak gotten so bad? At the high price of $50, this is unacceptable. First, the picture is misleading as the bag is much smaller than it appears. The straps are so stiff as if they were plastic and it feels so awkward and awkward with the bag just bouncing in the air. Good reviews (only 2) are very doubtful. Absolutely not recommended. I bought Eastpak's product specifically because I have had them before and have always supported them. I just went to the official Eastpak website and I'm pretty sure the bag I bought could be fake. I inspected this package and found no fake holography. The quality of the bag is similar to the $1 reusable grocery bag I buy at Walmart. Revain customer service should take care of this.
