I really like this company and find the toner to be of the highest quality. I used them on a Cannon printer and it still works. So in January this year I ordered two packs for my brother MFC 7860W. My first one failed last month (they usually last about a year) so I installed a second one. Although I have received many faxes this month nothing seems to be out of the ordinary and my second package now says the toner cartridge should be replaced. Absolutely ridiculous and false advertising. There's no way these cartridges can print 2600 pages as I haven't even used a few reams since January. weeks. And in the best case I used up half a ream of paper after changing the cartridge. Either the company is misrepresenting the performance of these cartridges, or someone needs to control the quality better. I really thought I would work with this company for a long time as I had no issues with their quality but I am very disappointed in the performance I received from these two replacements. I ended up paying more to use these two particular cartridges than I would have spent on a typical Brother replacement. To update. Like I said, this is a top notch company. I had bad experience with the two that came last time. Toner was great, but output was less than outstanding. Well the company took care of that and the replacement parts work great. I would like to add that I was shocked when my income was low because I used V4ink for my gun in the office and it still works. This cartridge went into the printer in September 2017 and is still printing great pages. I bought a replacement for my brother but will return to V4link for the price and the company that takes care of it. They identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I've never had any quality issues and only once had an issue with the output. I will definitely be buying in the future and have changed my rating to five stars. To update. I have just ordered two more cartridges because I bought my wife another Brother printer that uses the same toner. They work great and I've easily saved over a hundred dollars that I would have spent on two overpriced originals. So three different printers from two different brands and they work great. I never thought I would use anything other than originals for business documents but now they are sold on 4vlink and save a lot of money.
