WOW. I could only see a difference after 1 use. Obviously it wasn't dramatic, but there was definitely a difference. I can see this thing working wonders with consistent use! I exercise and eat right. I'm a size 6. But the exercises don't reduce the problem areas. You know what I mean, ladies. Very impressed with this product. It works. And for those who don't suck well, you should press it firmly against the skin until the machine sucks well, and then move slowly. Take your time. It takes a little heat to fully warm up, but eventually it will come. I love the carrying case that comes with it!
