I bought this camera for my grandnephew's birthday and it ripped out of the box. I wouldn't turn it on (even after 24 hours of charging). Asked for a replacement which came quickly but didn't work properly either. This one froze every few minutes. So I sent both back and asked for a refund. The sale actually charged me a restocking fee for a returned item that didn't work properly upon delivery, and a pretty hefty fee at the same time!
