I like these pillows. If you like wedge pillows, that's great! My back finally feels supported sleeping on my side. I can roll over quickly without adjusting my arms or a pillow set. The large size is ideal as I actually get the support I need instead of having to move the pads during turns. It's just the right balance between support and softness. Update: After sleeping on this pillow for a month I'm even happier. Without her I would not have survived the pregnancy. My back pain is gone. The only downside to these pillows is that you still need a pillow to spread your legs or your hips will hurt, but you can use a regular pillow for that.
