Difficult to take iPad out of case once

I would not recommend this case to anyone with an 11 inch Apple iPad Pro. Find out why in this lengthy report and stay away. While the case looks durable and damage-proof, it costs between $799.00 and $1,449.00 plus tax (add an additional $129 to your purchase price if you purchased AppleCare+). iPad from possible falls is almost too strong and reliable. to remove your device while it is inside. Reasons why you should re-open it after closing it: 1.) Dust or particles on the casings in the lid/plastic screen even after it was decently prepped before closing (this has happened to me, other reviews here show the same thing) 2.) Removal and/or replacement of the case because you have decided not to use the case or the case is damaged. 3.) Returning, selling and/or exchanging your device. 4.) AppleCare+ support required to service your device. This case consists of 4 parts. A lid (plastic shield) that attaches to a hard plastic sleeve (plastic piece on the back), a silicone sleeve (rubber bumper) that surrounds and attaches to four tabs on the lid, and a protective stand (outer plastic lid) that snaps into place in the closed state with four protrusions on the cover provide additional support for the front panel from possible damage when dropped and serve as a stand for the device when detached. It's easy to open a tab in each of the four corners when it's empty and there's no iPad in it, but when you put your device in and find dust has gotten into the screen and you want it fixed, you can't go along Avoid your finger and nail Apply forces to lift half of the tabs. Yes, you can unblock two tabs, but good luck with the other two, and you must unblock all four or you will completely damage your iPad. After spending 10 minutes trying to free my $1,688.46 11-inch Apple iPad Pro (Cellular plus AppleCare+ and taxes) and wondering who else could help, I decided to get my hands on a flathead screwdriver to get. I stressed that using these to release either of the two remaining tricky corner tabs wouldn't scratch the corner of my device, and I was kinda very lucky that wasn't the case. After this experience I will never protect my iPad in an Ottorbox Defender case like this. I don't think Ottorbox actually tested this case with an 11-inch iPad Pro in hand. Ottorbox, I suggest you go back to the testing phase and redesign this case to make it easier to remove the iPad and prevent damage, as well as to solve problems with the Apple Pencil 2 and pressing the side buttons of other browsers.
