It's easy for our employees to use. The software is very intuitive and it allows us to manage all of our devices from one place. I wish there was more support within the app itself. Sometimes when we're using it at work we need help troubleshooting something or having someone walk us through how to do things so we don't have to go back out into the field to ask questions. We are able to easily see where people are located and what their device activity has been throughout the day which helps us make sure everyone stays safe by ensuring they only access certain areas during off hours.
