Super easy and affordable solution with quick customer support
It's super simple for my business as I can scan invoices into Echomail within minutes after they have been mailed out! Customer service is excellent - when there are issues or questions we just need clarification via chat or phone call which helps us resolve them quickly.
No complaints here at this time. If you're looking to streamline your mailing process then look no further because eChomethink will help make that happen. We use email services such as Gmail & Outlook 365 (email addresses) so our clients receive emails directly through these platforms instead using stamps / envelopes etc.
Pros
- The system has great functionality with scanning documents right from an office suite environment like Microsoft Word in order upload, mail merge document templates along w/ automated routing rules; also having features specific designed around mass mailing campaigns including customizable HTML content creation + automation capabilities across different types of file formats all while utilizing easy to read dashboard reporting data views without needing any technical skills whatsoever.etc.
