I bought this for our guest/baby bath. It arrived on time but the set was missing the screw, washer and Allen key. I wrote to the seller and asked for replacement parts. I haven't heard anything and it's been a while. I go to Lowe's and find a screw long enough to assemble this. Luckily I have washers and a set of hex keys, although I'll probably choose a screw that uses a regular screwdriver or a Phillips head. The parts that came seem solid. The weighted floor is a big plus for me as we have kids and lots of visitors so I feel like it will hold up well and not tip over when the little ones inevitably pull on it. The color is perfect and matches the Allen and Roth towel rails I bought for the bathroom. I'm just really disappointed in the lack of customer service and the extra time I have to take the base to Lowe and find a correctly threaded and length screw before I can assemble it. I buy online so I don't have to go to the store all the time! The only thing to note is that it picks up smudges and fingerprints very easily. This is not a problem for me, but I know that along with the sinks I have to wipe it down daily.
