item arrived within 3 days of my order, in perfect condition and exactly as described. Very happy with it. I had no trouble getting it as many reviewers have complained and I think it's well made and at a very good price. I'm only giving 4 stars because the length of the cable from the star to the plug is very short, maybe 15 inches. So if you hang it on a window your connection to the extension may be visible depending on the width or height of your window... I suppose a shorter length of cord is fine if you are using it as a treetop but that is the only possible benefit for such a short line length.
