I bought these because of the large handle hole. I fell in love with them as soon as I opened the package. They are engraved with a dragon and a peacock as described. They took a little getting used to due to the very large handles, but the sharpness of the blades is second to none. This is my favorite pair of scissors, although I have 7 other embroidery scissors for precision cutting.
