They come in a fancy box with a fancy carrying case and 6 pairs of earbuds: 2 small, 2 medium and 2 large earbuds. I love their upscale look. You are really beautiful! The sound is as good as my typical funeral confectioners headphones. The microphone worked well enough. According to my friend, my voice was clear. What I couldn't get used to was the angled ear tips. If they were straight I would love these. I have rather small ears, maybe they also fit in big ears? I found them so uncomfortable that I would never use them. So three stars.
