This company promised a 1 year warranty. I have emailed them twice because as others have noted my headphones have become detached and falling apart (this is the SECOND PAIR I HAVE AND IT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST TOO) but I have received no reply . Take your money elsewhere. Buy a pair of Skullcandy, they last much longer and are the same quality for the same price. I am very disappointed in this product. I thought the first pair I had were defective but the second pair fell apart the same way. Also, I only use them in the office, so they won't stand up to some crazy heavy use or anything. So frustrating!
