Everything is fine with this product. The nylon strap stretches more than it should. Also, the included torx tool doesn't work very well with the watch strap screws. I thought I had tightened the screws so much that I would have to cut the strap completely, but unfortunately I was wrong. 2 weeks after I put the watch strap on, one of the screws came loose and was never seen again. This wouldn't be an issue if the company sold or supplied parts, but it isn't. Maybe it was just a bad experience for me, but from now on I will only buy Garmin products for my Garmin device.
