I was initially reluctant to get grips for my Pro controller because (a) my previous experience with Joy-Con grips was negative (the grips limited movement); and (b) the pro controller's joysticks already feel quite comfortable. I gave up after wanting to decorate my Switch. These pins fit the pro controller well and are easy to attach (flip them first for easier application). They do not restrict the range of motion and have made joysticks even more comfortable. The good thing is that they come in a set of two so I can have a spare pair if needed.
