The most impressive thing about nitro was its ability to provide great user interface for our clients like never before! There were times where it would freeze or crash but we got used quickly enough so there weren't any major issues with this software in terms of crashing/freezing etc..

I have seen some other competitors now who claim they are able to do something similar too which makes me wonder if their service will be as good? Being an eCommerce website providing products from many different suppliers means having one system can make life easier when ordering stock items especially since these companies tend not to all work together very well (different websites = difficult).
