UPDATE: Having used the stroller outside and in the car I can say that it is indeed very durable and easy to assemble! I can very easily detach the carrier from the base and attach it to the car seat frame. The wheels glide effortlessly over a variety of surfaces and rotate towards you. NO FIGHT with flexible wheel or single wheel that acts alone. The hood's only working locking mechanism holds up fairly well. WE HOPE TO CONTINUE! My pets can see the outside world due to the security of the fairly strong hood net and I can see them in the rear view mirror without having to turn my head while driving. I sincerely wish it would arrive with no apparent manufacturer defect. I'm leaving my star rating the same due to poor quality control by manufacturers. This type of oversight can easily turn into a tragedy for a fugitive or a frightened pet. Returning the stroller at this point would be moot as I used a plastic zip tie for the faulty lock. Buyers be careful and check EVERYTHING before assembly and use! The package arrived with a broken locking mechanism! Too much hassle with sending it back so I sealed it with a plastic tie. I may change this rating depending on how the other lock holds up. Otherwise, it's a good stroller and car seat for my pet.
