I like the fact that they have a very easy to use platform. The dashboard is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I also like that they are always willing to help. They are very helpful and willing to give suggestions and help with any issues that come up. I dislike that they are very slow to respond. Sometimes you have to wait a day or more to get a response. I think that they are a good company. They do a good job. I would say that they are a little slow to respond. But they do have a great team. I would recommend them to anyone. I am using their services to help me with my project. They are helping us with our customer analytics.
