I have to say if you have used 5ml bottles in the past you will be very surprised. They are far from the size we are used to. Although they hold 5ml, the glass is very thin, they look very small, the opening of these bottles is 1/2 size, which means the ROLLERBALL is 1/2 size too. The volume is 5 ml, but it is very difficult to express. I filled the bottle with water and leaned over to pour it back and was very surprised that the water wouldn't spill and is much thinner than many essential oils. I think they are too narrow for good air return which of course we need to remove liquid. If it's so difficult without a rollerball, how about with a rollerball? Not easy! Also, for my own personal use, I mix make-to-order oils for sale, and they look so small that my customers might think I'm cheating on them, so in that regard, I don't want the hassle of having to prove to all my customers that they hold 5 ml. Of course they pack all this extra free stuff, but as customers we need to let these manufacturers know what we're expecting. These bottles are below my standards! They are back!
