I liked it. I think it looks very cute, love all the inside pockets and its lightness. But when I got it I really didn't like it. The inside of the backpack is too small. It's very tight front to back, so it won't fit much. And it's too small for me personally. And the material this bag is made of is incredibly hard and scratchy. So much so that my shoulders and arms itch badly where they come in contact with the bag. I would give 5 stars for cuteness but I'll give 1 for practicality because I can't use it. will return
