I received two separate sets of these screen protectors. I followed all the directions and tried the first one and it was completely filled with air bubbles (my fault, not the product, take your time!). Then I tried to attach the second protector in the first set. It stuck perfectly except the bottom left corner didn't stick to the phone at all. I emailed support and after speaking to them they determined that the lack of fitment was a sign that this product was defective. They sent me a brand new set quickly and free of charge. I'm happy to report that the replacement screen protector is installed and working great! The customer service with this company is fantastic and even if there is a problem they will fix it and make it right! I highly recommend this screen protector and this company!
