Update: Star added for excellent customer service. Company messaged me to check on how I liked my order. I forwarded my review and they immediately offered a replacement. The replacement arrived today and met expectations. Dark thread, nothing hanging off, edges straight, etc. Would definitely order again.---I really want to like this. The length is nice, color is accurate, fabric is soft, but the stitching is white rather than black (as pictured) and there are strings hanging off. The edges also aren't straight which is bothering me but wouldn't necessarily bother someone else. The clip was just slightly too wide for its intended home, but an extra keyring solved that issue. I haven't decided whether I want to return the product yet or not and see if this one is a fluke.
