Great replacement rear wiper arm for the 2011 Buick Enclave

It was cheap and arrived in a day. More importantly, the part is sturdy and looks as good or better than the OEM wiper arm I replaced. In particular, the locking of the bolt cover is more durable; The OEM had two small pins that quickly broke when removed. It has several grooves and clicks well. The arm itself is like an OEM with an advantage; Once installed, the OEM can only be raised 2 inches above the glass, making blade replacement very difficult. This pivots about 90 degrees away from the glass, enough room to access the spare blade. However, after having a bad experience trying to replace the blade (I broke the arm, necessitating this purchase) I went ahead and put the wiper blade on the arm before installing it to make sure I installed it correctly. . It's still tricky to snap it in properly, just like the OEM. It's just a fun design. The instructions were minimal - a small folded leaflet - but they link to a website with more information and include a QR code, but it leads to a non-specific page listing their products. NOTE. You need a battery pole/wiper. Hand puller to get the job done. It basically has "cams" that sit behind the base of the wiper arm where it sits on a stud, and the tool also has a central screw shank. You tighten the handles behind the base of the wiper arm, and then thread the center shaft onto the bolt that the wiper arm attaches to. The idea is that the more you screw in the center bar, the more the lever lifts off the screw without putting any pressure on the surrounding glass, so you don't break the back glass. I recommend you buy a good quality puller; The one I got was cheap and started to bend during removal making it difficult but I was able to do it. The photo shows the new arm and wiper blade after installation. The whole job took about 30 minutes, mostly due to the (careful) struggle to get the old wiper arm off the bolt.
