A first for me. I ordered an item without paying close attention to the reviews first (I was in a hurry). This shelving unit arrived quickly and comes in a relatively small box. Since I had experience assembling a similar, but sturdier, shelving unit, I had no problems putting this unit together. All parts were included and fit properly. Buyers need to understand this is a LIGHTWEIGHT rack and should not be used for commercial or heavy storage. I suspect the entire rack weighs less than 10 pounds. With that being said, it met my needs perfectly. Beware that this shelving unit does not have adjustable feet for leveling, and the shelves are not adjustable. This unit would be fine for a linen closet or laundry room. I'm using it in my utility room for storage. I purchased this particular unit for the dimensions. Not many racks are less than 22" wide. Overall, an OK unit.
