Scratched floor and poor refund policy We bought this item for our 4 year old. But couldn't use it because it scratches our hardwood floors. This element is not smooth. It is made of hard rough plastic that will scratch the floor with a single use. You can rotate the chairs to turn them into a table. But 2 problems. 1. The table is too small. Enough for a piece of paper, no more. 2. The surface is uneven, so you can't put paper on it and draw on it. This will make holes in your paper. It comes in a thin 5 foot box. So if the box is damaged, good luck finding a 5ft tall box to ship back. This item is sold by a third party and they are not flexible with their 30 day policy. You will not take it back after 31 days. If you return within 30 days, you pay shipping for this large and heavy item, plus a restocking fee, so you only get half your money back. So be aware that this product will: 1. Scratch your floors. . 2. Spreadsheets are too small for anything but a piece of paper. 3. The surface is too uneven to draw on paper. 4. The return policy is very strict. 5. Redemption Fee. 6. You pay shipping for this large and heavy item.
