Gold Color Fades After One Month

I like their size, I like their looks, but I don't like how they fade in color. I haven't had this problem (yet) with the next size studs. I bought 5 pairs so I'm curious if this happens with all of them.

Pros

Tarnish Resistance and Durability: Solid genuine 14k gold with a high level of vacuum plating that retains color for a very long time, 316L stainless steel is harder than gold, sterling silver and other stainless steel is more durable and not prone to scratching or scratching bends;
